Sir,

                Sub: Request to bring Telangana Native Employees Working in Seemandhra(Andhra Pradesh) to the Telangana State.

We wish to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and taking suitable steps.

We, the  Native  Telangana  Employees Working in Seemandra, were recruited and appointed through recruiting bodies like APPSC, APCSC.etc., under non-local category in District, Zonal and Multi- Zonal cadres in united Andhra Pradesh.

  We  feel that even after State Bifurcation it is very  painful to work in Seemandra. We came to know that Dr.Kamalnathan Committee is preparing guidelines for division of State Cadre employees only. The Employees working at  District, Zonal and Multi- Zonal level are not covered by the above said committee. Here the problem is, State is divided but  all cadres employees are not divided. We are having opinion that it is not justified to Native Telangana employees  working in Seemandra.

Actually, all Zonal Cadre employees were recruited through state wide selection but allotted to different zones in united Andhra Pradesh. Those who have recruited initially at zonal level have hopes to come to Telangana on promotion  to state cadre posts. But due to State Division after completion of employees division, Native Telangana employees will be forced to work in Seemandra due to presidential order.

But in the  present situation when our own State  is formed, it is very inconvenient and painful to work in other state. Now we feel that  the  Telangana State is formed for all Native Telangana Employees but  not only for the  employees working at present in Telangana.

We also participated in different kinds of agitation programmes with employee unions to achieve Telangana State hood. But now we are working outside the border of Telangana State. Now we all are working against our will in residual Andhra Pradesh.

So,  We  all native Telangana employees working in Seemandra, request  the Government to kindly take suitable steps to bring all native Telangana Employees working in residual Andhrapradesh state to Telangana State by giving  option.

-----Please give us opportunity to work in our native Telangana State with full  Service benefits.

----please give us opportunity to build new Telangana state by sharing all kinds of constructive      

acitivities in developing our state.

            ------ In all the departments in all cadres Native Telangana Employees working in Seemandra under Non Local Cadre shall be given an option to choose our Telangana State.
